Project Management

EnviroMINE has served as project manager for a number of mining projects. Our team brings over 30 years of experience with managing a variety of mining related projects. This experience extends to the day-to-day oversight of all consultants involved in the project team, directing and coordinating the entitlement process, development of mine and reclamation plans, and supervising compliance activities.

Our project management services include: providing assistance in selecting a project team that will meet your project needs, directing the efforts of the consultant team, developing a permitting schedule, and providing budget management. As Project Manager, it is our responsibility to insure that your project is efficiently directed through the entitlement process.

Our experience with all facets of mining projects, such as, site identification and acquisition, mineral resource valuation, environmental review, mine and reclamation plan development, and permitting allows us to effectively guide your project from conception to production.
